Refund Policy

1. Returns for Change of Mind

We offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags and packaging are intact.
Proof of purchase is provided.

Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind.

2. Faulty Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at drifterscrescenthead@gmail.com with photos of the fault.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable service.
